About Us

 Chemical Cleaning Specialists provides industrial pipe pickling and stainless-steel passivation services to restore corrosion resistance and remove scale, heat tint, free iron, weld contamination, and fabrication residue. We specialize in shipyard, OEM, and industrial applications, supporting new construction, repair, and pre-commissioning work. 

What is Pickling?

  • Pickling uses a controlled chemical solution(Acid) to remove:
  • Weld scale and heat tint
  • Rust and free iron
  • Mill scale and contamination from forming/fabrication

What is Passivation?

Passivation restores the protective chromium oxide layer on stainless steel.
Our citric passivation meets: 

ASTM A380 / ASTM A967 standards
Passivation improves long-term corrosion resistance and is required for many shipyard and OEM applications.
